تنطبق هذه الشروط على استخدامك لتطبيق Smart Net Control Pro («التطبيق») الذي ينشره ناشر التطبيق. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق عليها. إن لم توافق، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق.
١. ماذا يفعل التطبيق
يساعدك التطبيق على إدارة شبكتك: تحديد السرعة والفلترة عبر VPN يعمل على جهازك، وأدوات الراوتر وخطوط الإنترنت، واختبار السرعة، ومشغّل IPTV للمصادر التي تضيفها بنفسك، وميزات رقابة أبوية اختيارية.
٢. الاستخدام المقبول
استخدم التطبيق فقط على الأجهزة والراوترات والشبكات وخطوط الإنترنت التي تملكها أو المصرّح لك بإدارتها.
لا تستخدم التطبيق لمخالفة القانون، أو للدخول إلى شبكات أو حسابات الآخرين، أو لتجاوز حماية غير مصرّح لك باختبارها.
لا تستخدم التطبيق للحصول على محتوى غير قانوني أو تشغيله أو تسجيله أو مشاركته، أو أي محتوى لا يحق لك الوصول إليه.
لا تحاول تفكيك التطبيق أو إعادة بيعه أو التلاعب به أو بأكواد التفعيل أو بالخادم.
٣. قوائم ومصادر IPTV
لا يقدّم التطبيق أي قنوات أو أفلام أو مسلسلات. هو يشغّل فقط القوائم وحسابات Xtream والروابط التي تضيفها أنت. أنت وحدك مسؤول عن التأكد من أن لك الحق في استخدام كل مصدر تضيفه. بيانات دخول IPTV تُحفظ على جهازك فقط وتُرسل فقط إلى المزوّد الذي أدخلته.
٤. بيانات دخول الراوتر وخطوط الإنترنت
كلمات مرور الراوتر وبيانات دخول خطوط الإنترنت التي تدخلها تُحفظ مشفّرة على جهازك (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) وتُرسل فقط إلى الراوتر الخاص بك أو إلى موقع مزوّد الخدمة نفسه، ولا تُرسل أبداً إلى خادمنا. تغيير إعدادات الراوتر قد يفصل بعض الأجهزة؛ استخدامك لأدوات الراوتر على مسؤوليتك، واحتفظ دائماً بصلاحية دخولك الإدارية للراوتر.
٥. الرقابة الأبوية — للاستخدام القانوني فقط
لا تُستخدم ميزات الرقابة الأبوية إلا على جهاز يحق لك قانوناً الإشراف عليه، مثل جهاز يستخدمه طفلك القاصر.
يجب أن يعلم مستخدم الجهاز المراقَب بأنه مراقَب، وأن يوافق حيث يشترط القانون ذلك.
لا تستخدم التطبيق أبداً لتتبّع أو مراقبة شخص بالغ سراً؛ فقد يكون ذلك جريمة.
قواعد المتاجر (Apple App Store وGoogle Play) تمنع أيضاً المراقبة الخفية أو دون موافقة، ويجوز لنا إيقاف أي حساب يُستخدم بهذه الطريقة.
٦. الـ VPN والنفق
ينشئ التطبيق VPN على جهازك فقط لتطبيق حدود السرعة والفلترة وعدّ الاستهلاك. حركة بياناتك لا تمر عبر خوادمنا. استعلامات أسماء النطاقات (DNS) تُرسل إلى مزوّد DNS العام الظاهر في التطبيق (مثل Google أو Cloudflare). هذا الـ VPN ليس خدمة إخفاء هوية ولا يخفي هويتك أو موقعك، ويمكنك إيقافه في أي وقت.
٧. الحسابات والاشتراكات
بعض الميزات تحتاج حساباً وخطة فعّالة. قواعد الخطط والتجربة وأكواد التفعيل وحد الأجهزة وانتهاء الاشتراك موجودة في شروط الاشتراك، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.
٨. إخلاء الضمان
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفره». لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء، ولا عمله مع كل راوتر أو مزوّد أو شبكة، ولا أن حدود السرعة أو الفلاتر أو الرقابة الأبوية ستحجب كل شيء. أدوات الفلترة والمراقبة يمكن تجاوزها ولا تغني عن الإشراف المباشر.
٩. حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، أو فقدان البيانات أو الاتصال، أو أخطاء إعداد الراوتر الناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يقيّد حقوقاً لا يجيز القانون تقييدها.
١٠. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← القانونية والسياسات ← حذف الحساب. ويجوز لنا إيقاف الوصول أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو إساءة استخدام كود تفعيل أو إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك.
١١. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وعندها يتغيّر رقم الإصدار والتاريخ في أعلاها. يمكنك قراءة النسخة الحالية والموافقة عليها في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← القانونية والسياسات.
١٢. القانون الحاكم والتواصل
تخضع هذه الشروط لـ القوانين المطبقة على الناشر. للاستفسارات: جهة الدعم المذكورة في صفحة المتجر.

These terms apply to your use of Smart Net Control Pro ("the app"), published by the app publisher. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
1. What the app does
The app helps you manage your own network: speed limits and filtering through an on-device VPN, router and Internet-line (ISP) tools, a speed test, an IPTV player for sources you add yourself, and optional parental features.
2. Acceptable use
Use the app only on devices, routers, networks and Internet lines that you own or are authorised to manage.
Do not use the app to break the law, to access other people's networks or accounts, or to get around security you are not authorised to test.
Do not use the app to obtain, play, record or share illegal content, or content you have no right to access.
Do not try to reverse-engineer, resell or tamper with the app, its activation codes or its server.
3. IPTV playlists and sources
The app does not provide any channels, films or series. It only plays playlists, Xtream accounts and links that you add. You alone are responsible for making sure that you have the right to use every source you add. Your IPTV logins are stored only on your device and are sent only to the provider you entered.
4. Router and Internet-line (ISP) credentials
Router passwords and Internet-line logins you enter are stored encrypted on your device (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) and are sent only to your own router or to your provider's own website. They are never sent to our server. Changing router settings can disconnect devices; you use router tools at your own risk and should keep your router's own admin access.
5. Parental monitoring — lawful use only
Parental features may be used only on a device that you are legally entitled to supervise, such as a device used by your minor child.
The person using the monitored device must know that it is monitored, and must consent where the law requires it.
Never use the app to secretly track or monitor another adult. That may be a crime.
Store rules (Apple App Store and Google Play) also forbid hidden or non-consensual monitoring. We may end access for any account used this way.
6. VPN and tunnel
The app creates a VPN on your device only to apply speed limits, filtering and usage counting. Your traffic is not routed through our servers. Domain-name (DNS) lookups are sent to the public DNS provider shown in the app (such as Google or Cloudflare). The VPN is not an anonymity or privacy service and does not hide your identity or location. You can stop it at any time.
7. Accounts and subscriptions
Some features need an account and an active plan. The rules for plans, trials, activation codes, device limits and expiry are in the Subscription Terms, which are part of these terms.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be error-free, that it will work with every router, provider or network, or that speed limits, filters or parental controls will block everything. Filtering and monitoring tools can be bypassed and are not a substitute for supervision.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost connectivity or router misconfiguration caused by using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Legal & Policies → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if an activation code is misused, or if the law requires it.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version number and date at the top change when we do. You can read and accept the current version at any time under Settings → Legal & Policies.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the publisher. Questions: the support contact listed in the app store.
