Google Firebase Authentication.
(Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Google Cast
الموقع الإلكتروني (sncp.futurelive.net)
Privacy Policy
Version 1 · Last updated 2026-09-30
This policy explains what Smart Net Control Pro (published by the app publisher) collects, why, and where it goes. It describes only what the app actually does.
Summary
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers.
Your Internet traffic is not sent through our servers. The VPN runs on your device.
Router passwords, Internet-line (ISP) logins and IPTV logins stay encrypted on your device.
Our server receives your account details, device identifiers, subscription state and — only for devices paired to a parent account — parental data described below.
1. Account
If you create an account or sign in, we receive your email or phone number (and your password, used only to sign you in over HTTPS), or, if you use Sign in with Google or Apple, the email, name and user ID that the provider gives us. Google and Apple sign-in are provided through Google Firebase Authentication.
2. Device identity
To recognise your device and enforce device limits, the app sends our server:
a random installation ID created by the app;
a device ID hash (a one-way SHA-256 value). On Android it is made from device properties including the Android ID; the raw Android ID is never sent. On iOS it is made from a random value stored in the Keychain; the iOS advertising identifier is not used;
device manufacturer and model, OS version, language and country settings, and the app version.
3. Subscription and service data
Your plan, trial and expiry status, activation codes you enter and the list of your linked devices are exchanged with our server. On Android the app also sends a periodic status report (whether the VPN is on, which features are active, the app version and the amount of data used today) and a security check result (for example whether the device appears rooted, emulated or tampered with) to protect accounts and activation codes.
4. Parental features (only on paired devices)
These are collected only on a device that has been paired to a parent account, and are shown to that parent:
Screen time: daily total, minutes per app and per category, and unlock count (Android). On iOS, usage is shown through Apple Screen Time on the device.
Device status: online, battery level and charging, whether the VPN is on, the app in use, whether the screen is on, and the connected Wi-Fi name (Android).
Location: only when the parent sends a "locate" request — the latest known position (latitude, longitude, accuracy, time). Location is not collected in the background. The iOS app does not collect location.
Visited domain names: only if this is switched on, and it is switched off when the device is unpaired. Only domain names are collected, never page contents.
Alerts and confirmations of parent commands.
The Android accessibility service, if enabled, is used only on the device: to see which app is in the foreground so that apps the parent has blocked can be closed, and (in the direct-download version) to find the answer button for guardian calls. It does not read screen contents for any other purpose, and nothing it reads is uploaded.
5. SMS and calls (Android direct-download version only)
The version of the Android app downloaded directly from the publisher (not from Google Play) can, if a parent enables it, automatically answer calls from the guardian's number and reply by SMS with the device location when it receives an SMS containing the guardian's secret code. Other SMS messages are not read or stored. The Google Play and iOS versions do not use SMS or call permissions.
6. Data that stays on your device
Router and Internet-line (ISP) usernames and passwords, and your provider's login session (encrypted with Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). They are sent only to your router or to your provider's own website, never to our server.
IPTV playlists, Xtream logins and API keys you enter, sent only to the provider you entered and to the information services you choose to use.
VPN rules, speed limits, usage counters and app settings.
7. Services the app contacts
Our server (www.futurelive.net) for accounts, devices, subscriptions and parental features.
Google Firebase for sign-in, and on Android for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Public DNS providers (Google or Cloudflare) receive the domain names your device looks up while the VPN is on.
Speed test servers (Cloudflare and Clouvider) see your IP address when you run a speed test.
Your Internet provider's website (for example WE, Vodafone, Etisalat, Orange) when you use Internet-line features.
Movie information and subtitle services (TMDB, OMDb, OpenSubtitles) only if you use those features.
Google Cast when you cast to a TV.
8. What we do not collect
We do not use advertising identifiers, advertising SDKs, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
9. Security and retention
All communication with our server uses HTTPS. Data on our server is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, the app asks our server to delete it; how long any copy is kept after that is set by the publisher's retention policy: available from support on request.
10. Your choices and rights
Turn off the VPN, parental pairing or domain logging at any time.
Delete your account in the app: Settings → Legal & Policies → Delete account. The app asks our server to permanently delete your account and then signs you out on this device.
On iOS you can export a copy of the app's data from Settings → Export My Data.
For access, correction or other requests, contact the support contact listed in the app store.
11. Children
Parental features are meant to be set up by a parent or legal guardian on a child's device. The app is not intended to be used by children to create their own account.
12. Changes and contact
The version and date at the top change whenever this policy changes. The current online copy: https://sncp.futurelive.net/legal/privacy/. Contact: the support contact listed in the app store.
