كل بيانات الحساب المخزّنة على هذا الهاتف: الدخول المحفوظ والاقتران وبيانات الراوتر والمزوّد وقوائم IPTV والذاكرة المؤقتة.
ما الذي يُحتفظ به
تُحفظ سجلات المدفوعات والتدقيق الأمني بصيغة مجهولة الهوية لا ترتبط باسمك أو بريدك أو هاتفك، لأننا ملزمون بالإحاطة بالمعاملات السابقة.
اشتراك Google Play
حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراكاً اشتريته عبر Google Play. ألغِه من Google Play ← الاشتراكات وإلا سيستمر الخصم.
إذا كان حسابك يدير مجموعة عائلية
هذا الحساب يدير مجموعة عائلية. ستُفصل أجهزة الأطفال المرتبطة به وستفقد التحكم عن بُعد والتقارير الخاصة بها.
هذا جهاز طفل
هذا الجهاز يديره أحد الوالدين. لا يمكن حذف الحساب إلا من جهاز الوالد (الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب). لإيقاف الإدارة هنا اطلب من الوالد إزالة هذا الجهاز أو استخدم خيار إلغاء الاقتران في الرقابة الأبوية.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تُحفظ البيانات على خادمنا طالما حسابك فعّال. ومدة الاحتفاظ بأي نسخة بعد الحذف تحددها سياسة الاحتفاظ لدى الناشر: متاحة من الدعم عند الطلب.

تواصل مع جهة الدعم المذكورة في صفحة المتجر واذكر البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المسجّل به الحساب.

Deleting your account is permanent and takes effect immediately.
How to delete your account in the app
Open Smart Net Control Pro and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account (or Settings → Legal & Policies → Delete account).
Review what is erased and what is kept, then confirm.
The app asks our server to permanently delete your account and then signs you out on this device.
Sign in first to delete your account.
What is erased
Your sign-in sessions on every device.
Your active subscriptions on our servers.
Your devices are detached from the account and family groups you own are deactivated.
Your name, email address, phone number, password and linked sign-in identity.
All account data stored on this phone: saved sign-in, pairing, router and ISP logins, IPTV logins and caches.
What is kept
Payment and security audit records are kept in an anonymised form, with no link to your name, email or phone number, because we must be able to account for past transactions.
Google Play subscription
Deleting the account does NOT cancel a subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions, or you will keep being charged.
If your account manages a family group
This account manages a family group. Its linked child devices will be detached and you will lose remote control and reports for them.
This is a child device
This device is managed by a parent. The account can only be deleted from the parent's device (Settings → Account → Delete account). To stop being managed here, ask the parent to remove this device or use the unpair option in Parental Control.
Retention
Data on our server is kept while your account is active. How long any copy is kept after deletion is set by the publisher's retention policy: available from support on request.

Contact the support contact listed in the app store and include the email address or phone number your account was registered with.
